Inside a job

What lives on the RidgeSync job page and how the numbered steps fit — job details, measure the roof, quote, materials, schedule, invoices, tasks and costs.

4 min5 steps
  1. 1

    Job details & customer

At the top is a folded “Job details & customer” panel. Expand it to edit the Customer, City, Customer phone, Customer email, Stage, Service, Value ($), Address, Source, Customer billing, Details and the “Insurance job” tick, then click “Save.”

  2. 2

    1 — Measure the roof

The “Measure the roof” card is step 1: upload a Roofr or EagleView report, use “Read from photo,” or expand “Enter measurements by hand.”

  3. 3

    2 and 3 — quote and materials

Step “2 Build the quote” and step “3 Order materials” sit side by side under the measurement. Step 2 is enabled once a measurement exists; step 3 once a quote is signed.

  4. 4

    Schedule, close-out and invoices

“Scheduled work date” holds the install date, and the close-out block sits at the FOOT of that same card — “Close out the job,” with “Complete & send review request” and “Just mark completed.” The Invoices card and the Tasks list sit beside it.

  5. 5

    Costs, files, photos, activity

The right-hand rail has “Job costs & profit” (admin only), “Files & receipts” and the Activity log. “Jobsite photos” is lower on the page, and the “Voice note” card only appears on a phone. “Delete job” is at the very bottom.
