Build a priced estimate

How to turn a roof measurement into a priced estimate: pick a system, review the materials and labor lines with editable waste, and create the quote from it.

   Build estimate

   On the “Measure the roof” card, click “Build estimate” to open the estimate for the job.

   Pick a system

   Choose a System from the chips (each shows its “$/sq”). It prices per square from your own catalog — see Systems & Catalog.

   Review the lines

   The “Materials & labor” table lists items with an editable per-line “Waste %” (quantities update live), then Materials cost, Labor cost, the “Customer price” and your margin.

4. 4

   Create the quote

   Click “Create quote (all systems as options) →” to turn it into a proposal with each system as an option the customer can choose.
