Most roofing software wants you to buy measurements from it. That is where the margin is for them, and it is why a $99 subscription turns into a $500 bill in a busy month. RidgeSync reads a report from wherever you got it and charges you nothing to do it.
Three ways in, all included
You are not tied to one measurement supplier, and you are not paying us a report fee on top of theirs.
- Upload the PDF. Roofr and EagleView reports are parsed directly, including EagleView's Bid Perfect layout — squares, pitch, ridges, hips, valleys, eaves and rakes come through as numbers you can quote from.
- Photograph a printed report. If it came out of a printer or arrived as a picture, the AI reads it off the page and fills in the same fields.
- Measure it yourself. Type the facets in from your own tape and the maths runs the same way.
Pitch is applied, not assumed
A 2,000 sq ft footprint on an 8/12 is not 20 squares, it is 24. The pitch multiplier is applied to the plane area, waste is applied on top, and the number you quote from is the number you would have worked out on the tailgate — just without the arithmetic.
Every figure stays editable. The AI produces a draft, and you are the one who signs off on it before it becomes a price.
It flows straight into the quote
The measurement is attached to the job, so the estimate, the material order and the proposal all read from the same squares. Nobody retypes anything, and nobody quotes off last week's version.
Common questions
Do you charge per measurement report?
No. Reading a report is included in the flat monthly price, however many you do. If you buy reports from EagleView or Roofr you still pay them for the report itself — we just do not add a fee on top for opening it.
Which reports can it read?
Roofr and EagleView PDFs are parsed directly, including EagleView Bid Perfect. A photo of any printed report is read by the AI. Anything else can be typed in by hand.
Can I measure a roof without ordering a report at all?
Yes. Hand-measure mode takes your own figures. Plenty of repairs and small jobs never justify a report.
