Cap takes an instruction and does the thing, on the job you are looking at.

It asks before it touches money
Anything that changes a number you would care about — a payment, an invoice — is shown to you to confirm before it happens. Everything else runs immediately and can be undone.
Cap deliberately will not build you a quote. Pricing a roof is your judgement, and an assistant that guesses at it is worse than no assistant.

Common questions
Does the AI cost extra?
No. It is in the flat monthly price and there is no usage meter. There is a fair-use rate limit to stop one account running away with it, which in normal use you will not meet.
Is my data used to train AI models?
No. Your data is sent to a model only when you use an AI feature, to answer that request, and it is not used for training.
Will it send things to my customers by itself?
Never. It drafts; you send, from your own phone. Nothing goes to a customer without you pressing send.
