The assistant
“Cap” sits in the bottom-right corner of every CRM screen — “Your jobs, your numbers, and how it all works.” It answers questions from your live data and does the work: notes, tasks, stage changes, scheduling, contact edits, payments, invoices and new jobs. It is the one AI feature that acts rather than drafts.

“Build my site with AI” in the Website Builder, and “Write a post with AI” under Blog.

“Read from photo” on a job’s “Measure the roof” card reads any report image into the job.

Messages
“AI payment reminder” on invoices, and “Write with AI” for a quote option’s scope of work.

“AI caption” on the job’s Jobsite photos card.

Materials & quotes
“Generate from report + photo” for the metal takeoff, “Write with AI” for proposal descriptions, and the customer quote assistant on every proposal.

Receipts
“Take photo”/“Upload” on the Expenses form scans a receipt into an expense, and you can send the same photo to the assistant instead.

Voice notes
“Record” on a job's Voice note card turns what you say into a written job note plus any follow-up tasks.

“Ask your books” on Financials answers plain-English questions about your jobs, invoices and expenses.
- There’s no add-on fee and no API key to buy. If a button says “AI isn’t switched on yet,” AI hasn’t been enabled on the account.
