Roofr deserves credit for two things most of this industry will not do: it publishes real prices, and its free Starter plan is genuinely usable — a job board, material ordering and $19 measurement reports with no monthly fee at all. If you are a one-person shop who wants to pay only when you order a report, start there. That is the honest recommendation and we would rather say it than have you find out later.

- →You rely on ordering aerial reports and want them in two hours from the software that orders them.
- →You want an instant estimator on your own website — a homeowner types their address and gets a price. Theirs is a paid add-on; we have not built one.
