Build and send a proposal

How to turn a roofing estimate into a branded proposal and get it to the customer — write each option, save the quote, then email it, text it or copy the link.

   Build the quote

   On the job under “2 Build the quote,” click “Build quote” (enabled once a measurement exists) or “Repair quote.”

   Edit the options

   In the editor, set the Quote title; for each option write the “Description (shown to customer)” (there’s a “Write with AI” button), a “Price includes” list, the materials/labor lines, and the “Customer price ($).”

   Save & send

   Click “Save quote,” then under “Send to customer” use “Email quote,” “Text quote,” or “Copy link.” “Preview” opens the customer view; “Mark sent” records it.
