Customize your pipeline stages

How to add, rename, recolor and reorder your pipeline stages so the board matches how your roofing company works — without losing any of the jobs on it.

   Open the stages editor

   On the Pipeline board, click the “Stages” button (gear icon) to open the “Pipeline stages” modal.

   Edit stages

   Add stages like “Permitting,” “Materials Ordered” or “Scheduled,” rename existing ones, recolor them with the color picker, and reorder with the up/down arrows.

   Save

   Click “Save stages.” Your board updates. (Removing a stage never deletes its jobs.)
