Move jobs through your pipeline

How to move a roofing job between pipeline stages, search the board, filter by stage and sort by newest, value or name — and see each column’s total value.

   Change a job’s stage

   Each card has a stage dropdown — change it to move the job. Nothing disappears: a job in a removed stage still keeps its own column.

   Find and focus

   Use the board’s search, the stage filter, and the “Sort” dropdown (Newest, Value high→low, low→high, Name A–Z). Each column shows its total value.
