Your first job, end to end

The path every roofing job takes in RidgeSync — capture the lead, measure the roof, build and sign the quote, order materials, invoice and get paid.

   1 — Capture the lead

   A lead arrives from your website form (it lands in Leads), or you add it yourself. Convert it to a job with the “To job” action.

   2 — Measure

   On the job’s “Measure the roof” card, upload a Roofr/EagleView report, read one from a photo, or hand-measure.

3. 3

   3 — Build the quote

   Under “2 Build the quote,” create the proposal from your Systems, then send it for the customer to e-sign.

4. 4

   4 — Order materials

   Under “3 Order materials,” the material order builds off the signed quote — shingle from the report, metal by AI from your hand measurements.

5. 5

   5 — Invoice & get paid

   Create the deposit and balance invoices, record payments, and close the job with a review request.
