Customize your proposal template

How to set the boilerplate, inclusions, warranty badges and deposit terms every proposal shows — with separate sets for replacement and repair quotes.

   Open Template Builder

   Go to Template Builder under Manage in the sidebar.

   Or import it from a quote you already send

   “Import from a quote you already send” reads your warranty badges, what’s included and your deposit terms off an existing quote — photo, screenshot or PDF. You choose Add or Replace, and nothing is saved until you hit Save template.

   Edit your content

   Set the boilerplate, inclusions, deposit terms, info pages, warranty badges and the upgrade that appear on your proposals. Replacement and repair quotes keep SEPARATE sets — switch between them at the top of the page. A repair starts empty on purpose: repairs carry no blanket warranty, you write what a given repair is warranted for on the quote itself.

   Save

   Save — new proposals use your template so every quote is consistent and on-brand.
