Put your finished jobs on your website
How to show completed roofing jobs on your town and service pages — tick “Show finished jobs on my website.” No customer name, address or phone is published.

Switch it on
Go to Website Builder under Website. In the “Your website content” card, below Service areas, tick “Show finished jobs on my website.”

What it does straight away
It backfills the jobs you have already completed and tells you how many: “<n> finished jobs added to your city and service pages.” If you have none yet it says “Nothing to add yet — finished jobs will appear as you close them.”

Where they show up
Each published job lands on the page for its town (“Recent work in <town>”) and the page for its service (“Recent <service> work”) — a photo, what the work was, the town, and “Completed <month year>.” Twelve show per page, newest first.

Adding more
From then on it is automatic: every time you press “Complete & send review request” or “Just mark completed” on a job, that job publishes. “Reopen” takes it back down.
- Your customer’s name, address and phone number are never published — only the town, the service, the caption and the month.
- A job only publishes to a town or service page that already exists. If the city or service isn’t in your Service areas or your services list, add it in the Website Builder first.
- Untick the box and it says “Taken back down.” The published copies and their photos are deleted from the site.
