Add jobsite photos (with AI captions)
How to get roof photos onto a job from your phone or computer, caption them all with AI, and use them in the gallery, on an invoice and on your website.

Open the Jobsite photos card
Open the job and scroll to “Jobsite photos.”

Add them
“Take photo” opens the camera. The second button is “Add photos” on a computer and “Library” on a phone — either one multi-selects from your existing pictures. Images are compressed and stored in the CRM cloud, not on the device.

Caption them with AI
Click “AI caption” on the same card (it reads “Captioning…” while it runs). Each photo gets a short plain description of what it shows.

Use them
Captions show in the job’s gallery, the same photos can be attached to an invoice for the customer, and if “Show finished jobs on my website” is on, a photo goes onto your town and service pages when you complete the job.
- Captions describe what is in the picture. They are not a damage assessment or an inspection — that call is yours.
- No signal on the roof? The card says “<n> photos saved on this phone — they'll upload when you're back in signal.” Nothing is lost.
