Join a team you were invited to
How to accept a RidgeSync invite link from your boss — create your password or sign in, land in the pipeline, and see which screens stay closed to you.

Open the link
Your boss sends you a join link. It opens on “Join <company>” — “You've been invited to their crew on RidgeSync.”

Create your login
Enter your “Email” and “Create a password” (at least 6 characters) and click “Create account & join.” Already have an account? It shows “Signed in as <you>” with a single “Join <company>” button instead.

You land in the app
Joining drops you straight into Leads. You are working the same live jobs as everyone else — the same pipeline, quotes, measurements and photos.

What your first hour looks like
Read A quick tour of the sidebar, open a job to see the numbered steps, and install the app on your phone so photos and voice notes work from the roof.
- As a Member you will not see Financials, Expenses, Performance, Crews or Billing in the sidebar, and the “Job costs & profit” card is hidden on every job. Everything else — jobs, quotes, measurements, materials and photos — is yours as normal.
- “Invite not valid” means the link expired or was already used: “Ask your team for a new one.”
- A link addressed to a specific email will not accept a different one — you’ll see “This invite is for a different email address.”
