Turn on phone notifications
How to get a push the moment a website lead arrives, a customer opens their quote for the first time, or a quote is signed — and how to unblock it.
- 1
Open Settings on the phone you want alerts on
The “Phone notifications” card is at the top of Settings, next to Appearance.
- 2
Turn it on
Tap “Enable on this phone.” Your phone asks for permission — allow it. The button then reads “On for this phone — turn off.”
- 3
What you get
“Get a push on this phone when a website lead comes in, when a customer opens a quote for the first time, and when a quote is signed.” A repeat view of the same quote stays silent — only the first one pushes.
- 4
Do it on every phone
It is per device: “Enable it on each phone you want alerts on. On iPhone, add the CRM to your home screen first.”
- Already said no? You’ll see “Notifications are blocked for this site — turn them back on in your browser settings, then reload.” The browser will not ask twice, so you have to change it in site settings yourself.
- Some browsers cannot do push at all — those show “This browser can’t do push notifications.”
