Roofing Software With a Website Included

August 19, 2026 4 min read

Most roofing CRMs will organise the leads you already have. Very few will get you any.

That gap is worth being specific about, because it is where a lot of roofing companies quietly lose money: they buy software to manage a pipeline, then keep paying somebody else — or nobody at all — for the thing that actually fills it.

Why the website usually sits outside the CRM

A CRM company sells organisation. Jobs, quotes, invoices, follow-ups. A website is a different discipline — hosting, domains, SSL, page speed, local SEO, a form that reliably reaches you. So most platforms either skip it or sell it separately.

Roofr is the clearest example, and to their credit they publish the number: Roofr Sites is an add-on at $99 a month, on top of a plan that already runs $109 to $349. Their instant estimator is another $125. AccuLynx, ServiceTitan and JobNimbus do not publish prices at all, so you would need a call to find out what a site costs there, if they offer one.

The alternative most roofers take is an agency or a friend-of-a-friend build: a few thousand up front, a monthly fee, and a form that emails you — with no connection to the system where your jobs live.

The seam is where the leads die

Wherever the website and the CRM are two separate things, there is a handoff, and that handoff is where enquiries disappear.

A homeowner fills in a form. It emails you. You are on a roof. It sits under twenty other emails until Thursday. By Thursday they have had two other quotes.

Even when it works, it works manually: you read the email, retype the name and address into the CRM, and start the job. Every one of those steps is a place to lose one.

When the site and the CRM are the same system, the form does not send an email and hope. It creates the lead, in the pipeline, with the address and the phone number already in it, and the follow-up clock starts by itself.

What "website included" should actually mean

Not every included website is worth having. Worth checking:

  • Your own domain, not a subdirectory of the vendor's site. It is your brand and your search authority.
  • SSL and hosting handled, with no separate bill.
  • Local pages that can rank — the towns you serve, the services you offer — rather than one page listing every town in a footer.
  • Your real reviews and real project photos, pulled from the work you have actually done.
  • The form landing in the CRM as a lead, not in an inbox.
  • Editable by you, without a ticket or a developer.

If an included site fails most of those, it is a brochure, and a brochure is not why you are paying.

What we do

RidgeSync includes a branded lead site on your own domain in the $149/month price. Not an add-on, not a tier.

The AI builds the first version from your existing site or a description of your business, and you edit it from the CRM. It carries per-city and per-service pages so you can rank for the towns you actually cover, your real reviews, and your own project photos. Enquiries arrive as leads in the pipeline, not as email.

Honestly stated: we do not have an instant estimator, where a homeowner types their address and gets a price on the spot. Roofr sells one as a $125/month add-on. If that specific feature is what you are buying, they have it and we do not.

The arithmetic worth doing

Take whatever you are considering and add the website line to it, then compare annual totals.

A plan at $109 plus a $99 site add-on is $208 a month before measurement reports. An agency site at $200 a month plus a CRM at $109 is $309, and the two do not talk to each other. Flat $149 with the site in it is $149.

The point is not that one number is smaller. It is that the website is not optional for a roofing company — it is how homeowners find you — so it belongs in the comparison whether or not the vendor puts it there.
